The Maker Camp at RCBI Williamson on the Southern WV Community & Technical College campus delivers STEM activities and fun, hands-on experience in design and manufacturing. Activities include 3D printing, soldering, a CNC project, and computer coding. Campers also explore entrepreneurship and careers in manufacturing. The camp will conclude with a Mini Maker Festival, during which campers show items they've made throughout the week as a result of their enhanced skills. Interactive pursuits spark and reinforce an interest in STEM study and career paths that will lead to increased engagement by campers.
